I’ve read a lot of bad reviews online about the Zoom treatments not being worth it… Is it better to order your own whitening solution (opalescence) or go to a dentist and get the Zoom?
Also how would I go about getting a custom molded tray if I do that at home treatment?

i was originally going to get zoom whitening but apparently my teeth are too young to get that done and they will be damaged so, the other option i have is the take home trays. how effective is that and how long will it take until my teeth get whiter? i’m getting my braces off in 12 days so i really need them whitened because i might have stains

I had Zoom 3 a year and a half ago. Yesterday I topped up the treatment with my trays and the 1hr nite white gel. I put a little more than usual in this time, to get to the very tops of my teeth.
Today on one side of my mouth it looks like my gums are peeling? And it bleeds if i touch it too much. Did I burn it with the whitening gel? Its not really sore but it just looks awful! Like i have food stuck up there or something!
Have I done something serious or will it heal?
